I think that is sundae nuts, my son had one the other day and they gave him a packet of peanuts to put on top of his sundae. 2 carbs doesn't seem worth it. The packet is very small.
It is scary to think about what I used to eat. Thanks for the link
Great link.
I do have a question that hopefully someone knows the answer to. I love to go to Hardees and Jack in the Box and get the double bacon cheeseburgers (mmm...Ultimate Cheeseburger). I take off the bun and eat with a fork and knife. I cannot seem to find out how many carbs are in just the burgers. I make burgers at home all the time but I know what I am putting in them so I can count those correctly. Does anyone know how many carbs are in some of the fast food burger patties?
1st of all Hare-ball...its depends on what fillers are used to make the burgers...the more wheat crumbs the higher the carbs. Unfortunately I dont have the info as to each fast food place. Now I have a question. I looked under the KFC part. One place says thigh with skin on 2 carbs....then further down it says it has 10? How are we to read this?

Thanks Kathie36.... There are some days the just doesn't come on. I believe you're right. The 2 carbs are for the nuts alone. You saved me from a big mistake!!
I looked again and the 4th column from the right is the carbs. I read 37 so it might not be such a good treat. The chicken at KFC must be different for each type that they have. Crispy probably has more then roast and so on. Reading over this sure makes me glad I found this WOE.
