vegan cheese book

The Ultimate uncheese cookbook has some good low carb recipes for "cheese". I have tried about a dozen of them, some better than others. Vegweb.com has a few of the recipes, but nowhere near what the book has. You can buy it used from amazon or half.com. Most of the recipes use cashews or white beans or tofu as a base. My kids eat it up!!
