Who's got a story of how their body composition changed after raising protein grams?
Hi - just curious about who's got a real-world story about how their body may have changed after raising the amount of protein in their diet?
Also, what type (meats vs. whey powder etc.) and when (drinks > workouts or general daily intake) and time frame? Thanks.
