I just ran across this book mentioned on a blog.
Can anyone give me a review?
Supposedly it gives you exercises you do with dumbells. I know it has some kind of low fat diet that goes along with it, but I am wondering if anyon has done it with atkins, and whether the claims of inch loss are true.
Or even, if someone thinks its a good starting point to get into a routine, since I am doing nothing with free weights. I only do curves right now.
