Cucumber Salad induction friendly
2-3 cucumbers (peeled and sliced into chip like pieces)
3-4 tomatoes (depends on size) (cut off top then halve down middle then into slices (vertical))
cilantro,onions (depends on taste)
salt to taste
mix all togeather eat (not all at once!) with cheese and or sour cream really good on a hot day and when your hungry.
