Well, breakfast today will be chicken noodle soup made with shirataki noodles. At this point I may spend the whole food budget on those little babies!

Dinner will be lc burritos. Lunch will be a salad. Snacks tonight will be frozen grapes. Man I love this woe!

Much later: Well, I never got around to having the salad for lunch. That chicken noodle soup stuck with me all day long.

Joesfolks? What are you using for those burritos? Low carb what? tortillas?

also....what protein did you have in your lunch salad?

I like those noodles too but I do have them only once in a while.

I'm pointing these things out as I think its very valuable to see how many times in one day, we are eating foods that are processed and are flour. Shirataki noodles are flour albeit low cal and low carb and LC tortillas also are processed flour eventhough they are low carb.
