Barb, if you think people demonize the new Atkins, wait until Atkins 100 is published in December! Personally, I can lose slowly on 100 total carbs daily. Because I want to lose a bit faster, I am incorporating 5:2, doing low calorie keto two consecutive days a week, higher carb ( though still low carb), no calorie counting the other 5 days. We all have to find our own way. I’m so happy for people when I hear they’ve found what truly works for them.
