Started at the end of January at 282lbs I want to get to 200 even. As of yesterday I have lost 27 of those pounds and that means I am over 1/3 of the way there.
Since the weather has turned nice I have been on my bike 2-3X a week and the weight loss has picked up a bit to almost 2lbs a week.
So this is me today
