Default Baked Soy Lemon Chops

This was on the Daily Dish for AllRecipes today - sounds good.

I finally tried this. I marinated these over-night and had them for dinner. The flavor was wonderful! The only mistake I made was that I bought the thin breakfast chops. I think a thicker chop would have been better. I made rice for the rest of the family and they used the juices to go on top. I would make this again maybe even with chicken.

Ok, these are great, but after cooking these a couple of times, I changed a couple of things. You really need to get the thick butterflied pork chops (I buy 2 packages of 2) and instead of draining and basting with the marinade, I bake the chops in the marinade. This makes them less dry and very tasty.
