Default total protein...need nutrit. info

I tried looking for a website...but can't find one. I saved the serving sizes in baggies and wrote the carbs on there, but I need the info for fitday. I know some of you have eaten this before, or might have a box in the house. PLEASE!! Thanks.

I believe, if I remember correctly that total protein has 8 grams of net carbs per serving and 120 calories. It does have real sugar in it, but to its credit it uses no soy (plus all that fiber and protein certainly mitigates the glycemic impact of a few grams of sugar, right?). Also, unlike most other LC cereals, it stays crunchy in milk (and I personally think it tastes very good).

Remember the cereal is low in fat, so eat it with a few tablespoons of cream, some nuts, or something else to make it more appropriate for Atkins. I tend to eat my cereals with crushed nuts.
