I sometimes have the 1/4 or 1/2 chicken--white meat (I take off skin in case it has sauce on it) and order it with the mushrooms. I love their mushrooms. Anyone know the nutritional info on the mushrooms. I dump the roll and sauce first though.

I feel a rumbly in my tummy.

The Chalet sauce is only 26 calories for that little bowl. It's almost all carb, but at only 26 calories, that's only the 4.4 grams of carb.

Quarter chicken white w/caesar salad (I pick out the croutons) and I usually end up using about 1/4 to 1/3 of the bowl of Chalet sauce. Yum! Just might have to go there for lunch today!
