Sweating my way to thin!
Hot darn I found the gym logs! Now I can really keep track of working out. So since I am just starting out i am trying to workout 3-4 day a week for at least 30 minutes (I have a mini gym in our apartment complex).
so today i worked out 30-35 minutes on the bike. Felt good to start moving and not feeling fat
