Default Apples.

How much carbs does an average green apple contain? I really like, my Mom's 'Apple Chow'. And I'm wondering how much carbs are within a single apple?

Thanks.

According to the Atkins NEW Carb Counter, apples contain 20 carbs. That's a lot! I am also wondering if different types of apples contain more or less, ie, do McIntosh have more than Granny Smiths, etc. With apple season here, I am really wanting apples! I love em with peanut butter!

An apple is an apple !!

medium apples contain 10 g per 1/2 ( unfortunately)

I ate 1/2 an apple the other day for the first time in 4 months and I thought I was in carb heaven .

You certianly dont want to be eating apples during induction
