I tried it in my coffee and didn't like even though I like almond and I love coconut. Just tastes like protein powder to me. Tried once adding almond extract, and once adding coconut extract and that one was better. Tried it in jello and didn't like it. Will keep trying...

I don't think I would like it in my coffee either. I just like a cup of it with dinner from time to time. I miss milk sometimes and this does the trick. I did make hot chocolate (thanks Carolync). I loved it!
