Dear Melissa,
I'm sorry that u were feeling bad after u had a fight with hubby. I myself also turn to food (all the bad carby junk) whenever I'm stressed, upset or bored. We're only human afterall, we all have our moments of weakness. Don't feel so bad about your little slip-up, Melissa.
Happy low-carbing.
Bebe

definitely forgive yourself, and then move on.

There are a number of good books out there about emotional binge eating. The website I've been working with a lot myself lately is at coping.org. They have a lot of info, including a relationship section and one on binge behaviors

HTH!
