I'd eat liverwurst in a hurricane season, or Spam, or whatever else I could get my hands on. What I am tryingt to mean is I have known people living on diet soda, pepperoni and pork rinds, and Spam. "Low Carb!" I know it is, I just think there are better ways to go low carb, and the above listed items don't need to be a staple, a snack...These things are processed and as someone stated above, "basics" is what probably we should be eating.

And, for whoever else up there commented, I wasn't being judgemental, just contemplating that there are probably better ways than others to go about low-carbing. But not criticizing someone elses choices on how they have decided to do it.

That probably didn't sound the way I meant it to...
