I am interested in buying this set, but I am having trouble parting with $50 for an exercise DVD. Has anyone bought this? Do you like it? Did you really pay $50 for it?

Just curious...

thanks!

"Power Yoga" is great and I bought it online for 12 bucks.

It is the best exercise I have ever done, and I hate exercise! But this yoga does not make you grunt and strain, it teaches gentle mind control and how not to push yourself to the point that you cause injuries.

It also gave me balance and I dont run into things as much)

I just received my YBB yesterday, and I did the basic workout this AM. The worksout seems pretty good. It os broken upto different sessions for yoga, sculpting, and ballet-like moves (plies and lunges).

I am going to do the advanced workout tomorrow AM and see how that goes.

I havent tried it enough to recommend it yet, but I do like it so far...
