Hi everybody! I've been a low carber for almost 3 years and just found out I'm pregnant. It's a surprise. I'm scared about how that will affect all my efforts in the past. I want to be healthy but be successful at growing a healthy baby as well. I know I can combine the two and look foward to learning with you all!

Me too, though I'm due Memorial Day weekend. No morning sickness yet but off to a bad start. No real cravings just TAQUITOS. Not the best, but not Chubby Hubby ice cream.
