Default Gallbladder removed question

Hi everyone!
Just a quick question has anyone had their gallbladder removed and now finds it difficult to lose weight? I feel like that is my situation. I had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago and haven't seen any significant weight loss with pretty much anything I do. Has anyone had the same problem?

I had my gallbladder removed 30 years ago and do not find it changed my ability to gain or lose weight. I can't metabolize alcohol in the same way, though, and have difficulty with codeine.

I had my gallbladder removed about 2 years ago, and lose weight very slowly. I'm currently on Phase II, and have been for several months now. I've had to cut wheat out of my diet, and alcohol. I cheat with red wine every once in a while though It seems couscous is okay and brown/wild rice too. I just don't eat too much of it, which you're not supposed to anyhow. I've had luck with Ezekiel tortillas and use them to make sandwich wraps minus mayo for my lunches.

Thanks for the feedback. My weight moves very slowly off me. Atkins just didn't work with all the high fat foods. South Beach is working better and my digestion is getting stronger but I have to be careful when adding different foods back in, somethings I know I just can't eat.
