Plan: general LC under 30/day
Stats: 225/155/145 Female 5'3"
BF:
Progress: 88%
Location: Calgary Alberta Canada
Default spicy peanut soup

1/3 C Butter
1/2 onion diced small
4 cl garlic, minced
2 Thai Chilies sliced (more for the brave)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
8 Cups chicken broth
1 Cup cooked shredded chicken
2 Cups Whipping Cream
1 Cup SF Peanut Butter
Salt and Pepper

Cook onion garlic and chilies in the butter until onions are soft.
Add remaining indredients, tweak to your taste (a sprinkle of splenda and/or paprika if not sweet enough) and simmer.

garnish with parsley, coriander or chopped peanuts.

You can thicken with not/starch but if you let it simmer it will become creamy and smooth, enjoy!

No carb count, sorry I don't use fitday. Excellent for a cool day!

I would estimate that this has around 80 grams of carbs for the whole recipe - not induction friendly, but great for maintenance!
