Default Birth Control Pills

Hello everyone. I am so excited to find this forum. I have been suffering from yeast infections for a couple years. I have tried lots of different things but nothing seems to help (especially not the doctors). Creams now do nothingat all! At one time I eliminated cheese, sugar, pasta, and bread from my diet but it didn't seem to work. As soon as I can get to the store I am going to go all out on the Candida diet. I can not take it anymore! I am sure I will have many questions for all of you. My first one is are Progestin only birth control pills OK?

Hi,
i just started posting here too. I read your post and just wanted to say that it sounds like we're in the exact same boat. I'm already on the anti-yeast diet, but STILL getting yeast infections. So i can't really offer you any advice, but if i find something that works, i'll let you know!
even diflucan doesn't seem to help me anymore. I haven't tried threelac or coconut oil or oil of oregano yet. not sure where to get them from. hopefully one of them will do the trick.

Hi, I was just wondering if any of you have tried yogurt or probiotics of any sort. I am experiencing terrible yeast infections and candida symptoms and have been prescribed Cipro but I am pretty resistant to antibiotics and I know that my birth control and what I was eating (sugar, wheat, cheeses) was probaby the cause of the infections, and if I could eliminate the culprits I wouldn't need to take the antibiotics. Could any of you please explain how the BC contributes to yeast infections? Thanks
