Talking Sorry, I have to brag

I forgot to tell you guys about last weekend. My personal trainer and I took my Body Fat %..... Its now somewhere around 15% . A few months ago I took it myself and it was somewhere in the 20's. I was so excited (and still am). My goal is to get to around 7%.... i believe thats somewhere around 8lbs of fat to lose.

Of course, while we were talking about Body Fat, we talked about diet. He told me to eat really high carb and low fat. I told him i was doing almost the opposite. He replied simply by saying that he had to "overrule me on that one". So he proceded to write all this stuff down that he thinks i should eat, but shouldnt. I kinda smiled the whole way through. I'm never going to do that... it makes me feel awful. I talked about it with my two very close doctor friends.... mom and dad... and they agreed with me. I guess I just mention diet again with him .

I'm doing much better on the water issue! I just got into the habit of drinking it. I usually put a little lemon juice in it when i have something slightly higher on the GI in hopes that it will make the GI go down a little. It probably doesn't work, but it makes me feel better.

Although I am losing fat, I should probably start doing some more aerobic exercise. As it is now, i'm doing none. I don't really have the time it seems with the International Baccalaureate and its massive amounts of homework (ok maybe its not THAT bad...). My schedule is gonna free up soon and I hope to start up dance again.

How is everyone else doing out there?
Oh yes, and I almost forgot, TGIF!!!!!!!
