I am making my own probiotics by making fresh yogurt from scratch. I tried different commercial probiotics, and in my experience home-made yogurt is the best probiotic. It is a lot easier than you think. All you need is a yogurt maker (Amazon), good milk (supermarket) and a yogurt starter (iherb).
Just jumped on the probiotics Launchpad myself making homemade Greek style yogurt and the more powerful Kefir. Both are easy to make and cheaper in the long run.
I use the Instant Pot to make it but there a ton of instructions on YouTube for making yogurt without it.
