Hi there everyone! Have been avidly reading all your posts for a while now and though it was about time I took the next step and joined you! Not new to low carb- for me it has turned into the 'Never ending story'... 2 steps forward, 3 back type of progress... But... I am on track! Again... A few of us around! I suppose with a small population and the general principle that things have to get big in the USA or Europe before we catch on over here, it's ony natural that we are still a bit thin on the ground!

At least in Australia I believe we enjoy the best and most natural choice of fresh foods in the world. As just one example Americans pay top dollar for grass-fed beef while not 100k from where Rosebud and I are sitting they regularly round up mobs of such beasts at places like Kilcoy and we can buy the result at prices that make Poms and Yanks' jaws drop!!
