Squash/diluting juice as good as just water on LC??
Hi folks
I use Diluting juice / Squash to mix with my water. All the bad things such as sugars and carbs are at a trace level per 100ML. now i always drink alot of fluids but just wondering if using the juice in the water is ok. just as good as water??
