Default Coconut Oil for CFS & Weight Loss

I have recently begun using coconut oil for cooking and ingestion for health purposes. I was prompted to try it through discussion threads in the Paleolithic/Neanderthin forum on this site.

The "Health Articles" on the site below tell the whole story of how coconut oil is believed to be able to help a number of different ailments, including CFS, thyroid disfunction, candida, irritable bowel syndrom, and weight loss.

I'm sure going to give it a good try!

I used it a lot last summer and didn't notice any difference. That doesn't mean that you couldn't though. --Nancy
