Ok now don't laugh...I got my exercise in while I was away...took a 30 minute walk at least once a day..snuck in an extra one once...it helped that my brother in law has a place 15 minutes down the street....walk there and walk back 30 minutes now this is where the not laughing comes in..since I have been back...I have had no ambition to do anything...not even housework...yuck.
Gotta get back on the exercise wagon. Going to borrow those turbo jam tapes from my sister. Also was thinking of splurging on a tony little gazeille. I happened to stop at the HSN channel while on vacation and he was on...what do you guys think?
i never tried the gazelle but it looks pretty good. just make sure that you can return it if you dont like it. if you can then give it a shot. the walking was perfect. this way you got exercise and fresh air. ya cant beat that
OK I suck at this exercise thing. I just avoid it even though I know I need to get my butt in gear. I have the turbo jam dvd's and its actually a fun little program..but i still don't seem to be motivated to do it yet. I just feel horrible when I exercise. So much more aware of my body which totally disturbs me.
Ugh again I have avoided the exercise thing. I don't know why I am doing this. I hve the turbo jam routines and those are fun...so not sure why I am avoiding them at all costs. I still want a gazelle or a treadmill but that isn't going to happen anytime soon since we are going on vacation and all extra money goes towards that. But that is no excuse because I have the turbo jam. So I am committing myself to 10 minutes minimum tomorrow. Which I know isn't enough but its a start.
