Well, I did the refeed a week ago and I havent changed a bit. Not a bit of change. This is very frustrating. Any ideas on changes to the exercise routine or the diet don't seem to make a difference. Perhaps there is some missing supplement or exercise I have not yet tried. Here's hoping I'll find it soon.

What kind of weight lifting routine are you doing? Is it possible your body is already where it "wants" to be? You have 30% as your BF, is that really correct?

Hi Amazonann! Don't be down, consistency is key and you'll start loosing again. Maybe you should up your running another 10 minutes. THey say that now adays you should workout for an hour minimum but you build yourself up to it. Do you weight train as well? That might help. I take supplements like: Atkin's accel, dieter's advantage, basic #3, essential oils and calcium. Also, you can try having some green tea at nights. Keep your head up, you'll succeed!
Take Care!

Jessica

I have a weightlifting class 3x a week and we alternate free weights for arms, legs workouts, torso workouts and machine workouts for arms.

An hour a day is pressing it as workouts go. I am in college as well as being a theatre student so I am the building often from 9:30am-11:00pm, I usually get a morning workout but I have been running in the evening lately and I find I am getting much more satisfaction out of it.

I do take quite a few suppliments. Jessica, I don't know if you remember a store called Vitamin Cottage in Colorado but nearly my whole family works for them so I am WELL covered when it comes to vitamins. Recently I toned down the vitamin because I am pretty sure that I was taking too many. But I will keep chugging along (a little college humor). Thanks for the advice.

If you are interested in changing your routine up a little bit check out Body For Life. In about 1 month I have cut my Body fat by about 4% doing the BFL program. The whole plan calls for a "low fat" high protein eating plan, but I am doing it with a modified low carb plan. It takes less than 1 hour per day on weight lifting days, and calls for only 20 minutes of HIIT cardio on the other 3 days.(once again I modified the cardio, because I am trying to train for a mini-marathon). Check out the BOdy For Life forum under exercise here on the site if you are interested....many helpful people over there. Above all, do not give up! Eventually the fat in your body will give up and go away
