Atkins Essential Oils OK?

Hi, Quick Question!

I know Omega-3 is supposed to be good, but are Atkins Essential Oils OK to take? They've got a few things (Omega 3 and 6) in them.

I'm trying to lower the bad cholesterol and raise the good. My overall is high--247--and my triglycerides are OK.

Yes, they are beneficial for many reasons! I would keep taking them.

Atkins brand Essential oils are great. You might want buy other brands
I find fish oils cheap at Sam's warehouse club.
I use Barlean's Flax oil Expensive but good. Find it at a health food store in the refigerator section.
Also flax oil caps.
EFA's are great for you!
