Having cold snacks prepared helps. I rather like ham and cream cheese rollups. Just spread cream cheese on ham, or smoked salmon for a change, and sprinkle with chopped nuts if you like. Roll 'em up, slice, and park in the fridge to have ready for breakfast or just a snack.
I am also happy to have canned tuna or salmon with a small salad for breakfast on those very warm mornings. My other favourite breakfast is leftovers from dinner the night before. I frequently deliberately make too much dinner, so that breakfast will be a quick and easy.
Cold chopped chicken is good just mixed with mayo and served on a bed of lettuce. Or make it a Coronation chicken. There are various recipes around for Coronation Chicken, but it is basically a curry flavoured dressing.
Who else has some good hot weather suggestions?
