Chell-- you'll need the web address of the image you're trying to post. (There might be a different way of doing it, I don't know, but this one works, so start here!)

When you have the address of the pic (If you have a google account, you can host some images there for free at pages.google.com, which is what I used here, giving the image I want the address of http://gcarradine.googlepages.com/05-22-07_1601.jpg ) just select/copy, then click the icon here above the text window that looks like a yellow square with mountains and a sun. It will ask you what text you want; just paste your link there, and voila!
