15 minute chilli
Brown 2 lbs ( or more ) of ground beef
1 Onion spring, chopped and aadded to the meat.
1/2 green pepper diced.
a few splashed of tobasco sause for zing...
2 tablespoons of low sodium taco seasoning, ( look for lowest carbs)
3 tablesppons of tomatoe paste, a dash of water.
3 tablespoons of steels bbq sause, ( sugar free)
I can black soy beans.
Pepper, Onion powder, if not spicey enough add nmore hot sause or add some hot peppers
thats it, was amazingly good, topped with cheddar, and loved it.
Easy, fast, low c arb, filling, high fiber, has all the elements..
This will now be a regular dish as DH loved it too,
