Thank you for all of the kind comments. I have felt a little silly after posting something like that so publicly, and it's nice to know that it might help someone else.

JEY100, I also wonder how many people have been helped, or could be helped, by reading either of Gary Taubes books. Or ANY well-written book that points the blame in the right direction. Once the logic is so clear it's hard to ignore.

Congrats! you look fantastic! I just finished "why we get fat" myself, what an eye opener. I've blamed myself for being over weight since I was 10 or so, it is hard to put my head around that it wasn't something I did. How many times did people think they were helping me by "trying to help me lose wt" and it just wouldn't budge. you end up feeling like a failure! (over and over again). When I see you, it gives me hope that by following this WOE we can do it! Thank you so much for sharing!
