I had a bit of a cheat weekend. Surprisingly I feel really good! Good in that I'm not craving anything this morning and ready to jump back in in full gear!

I am probably kicked out of ketosis this morning - but not feeling like I am. If by some crazy whim I'm able to knock this 5 out by the end of the week and continue losing into next week, I might be onto something new plan wise.
