Had a senior moment and pressed the wrong button. Was about to say I'm working as a legal Secretary. SO I can carry your bags. Actually, my real profession is breaking and training horses, but Chicago is sadly lacking in horses and I just got too darned old to do all that physical stuff, so some how or other I found myself being called a legal secretary and sitting at a desk pretending I can type, life never fails to amaze me!!

Will try the scallops, and will post my fav. recipe for scallops tomorrow.
