Did stairs tonight, and it felt pretty rough, right from the start. I'm pretty certain the icky feeling and poor performance are due to the reduced calories that comes with intermittent fasting.
Anyhow it felt really bad, so I cut it short.
30 sets of 2 flights
16:45 and 157 BPM avg heart rate.
