nice to meet someone from across the pond. in canada we have a similar problem of not being to find all the products that are available in the u.s. the dollar exchange here is really bad, then we're hit with duty, taxes and brokerage fees. it really makes everything way too expensive for most of us.
there are tons of locarb websites with recipes. try http://www.trulylowcarb.com. karen, the owner of the site, has a post of locarb recipe site links in on her food board. check it out. i've downloaded so many recipes off the web. i've started a file of my own.
way to go on your weight loss, but what is a stone? i've never known how much a stone is compared to a pound (bodymass, not sterling, lol!)
