Hello! Newbie to the forum and just had a quick question/concern.

Before I post the questions, I do ask that you don't guess what the answer is. I can do that. Please only reply if you have valid answers that are true.

I'd rather have 2 solid replies than 30 random guesses. ; )


So, here goes, I have high cholesterol but it is now normal because I take a statin. Am I okay to start up the Atkins diet even though the some of the items are very high in cholesterol (eggs, red meat, cheese, etc.)?
