I know that I am going to sound like a broken record, but here goes anyway. This is an amazing WOE that will bring you great results if you follow the plan and stick with it. Remember to be patient, not easy to do sometimes, I know this really well.

If you have not started a journal, IMHO it is a wonderful tool that helps to keep me accountable.
