Pity she doesn't like on-line recipes, but I will suggest this for you. The DietDoctor recipe section has dozens of ways to filter the results, i.e. vegetarian, dairy-free, by carb level, by meal, metric/US conversion built-in, etc. Gorgeous photos and finding exactly what you will both enjoy is a snap. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/recipes

For a print cookbook, I'd agree with Halle Berry...Maria Emmerich's 2016 Quick & Easy has good recipes and she includes lots of veggies. https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/nu...book/ar-BBLFq4J

More of Maria's other books and on-line recipes to try out if you wish to check her style first: http://mariamindbodyhealth.com/?s=recipes

Another print cookbook I like is Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen. Carol Ketchum goes overboard on the sweet treats for my taste, but this book was more dinners and her new book (coming out soon?) is all Easy Dinners. When I do need a treat for special occasion, I check her website first. https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com
