Yourself Fitness DVD's from McDonalds
Has anyone used these DVD's that McDonald put out?
I have all 4 and am going to start using them today.
1. YOGA
2. CARDIO
3. CORE
4. STREGNTH
Each are 15 minute workouts with 2 levels of difficulty on each.
Just wanted to hear from anyone that also uses them.
