I was going to originally follow the SBD again-- but with the confusion about whether or not we could eat legumes the first 2 weeks, it has made me avoid beans altogether. And even though it is only Day 4 for me today, I am already down almost 5 lbs! I've been eating a lot of meat, cheese, veggies, butter, eggs, and drinking a ton of water every day so far, so I'm pretty much just LCing it right now. I guess I'll be back to visiting this section of the forum a lot. :-)

Besides, I really like how in a general LC/HF woe, you can eat a lot of butter, cream, etc. and when doing the SBD, they want you to eat less high fat foods. I remember making some very tasty fat bombs last time around!! :-D And all of that cream in the coffee, yum!
