I did about a year or a year and 1/2 ago and they were fine. A really expensive test unfortunately. And there is more than one if I remember right. I started back up taking Vt. D3 again 10,000 mg. this winter, I used to take 5000 mg in the summer and 10,000 in the winter. Like I said I just started back again.
