Hi Mica, I just stumbled on this today...
I do Somersizing which is food combining. She allows some carbs but proteins and carbs like whole grains are separate and you don't have fat with carbs.

I am not familiar with Robert's plan, but he is active in his journal.

I have had success with Somersizing but also have problems in general staying on plan. I don't think it's the plan - I believe it's a good one and when you follow the rules/have them in your head it's easy to do.
