Weigh in 200 AM:
1 WEEK GOAL 195 BY 11/13/06

I had been out for a while but I am
back. Trying to get my energy up to
run in the morning and do Ramp it up
at night when I get home and dance
for an hour. I know I can do it, will
be hard but it is worth it! Trying out
for the Georgia Force Dec. 3 and
the Atlanta Falcons in April/May. I
have to get my body in tip top shape.
I realized that I really miss dancing and
I love performing and football so I am
going to challenge myself!
