What keeps me faithful to this WOL is the fact that most of my family is fat and diabetic (mom, dad, sis) and I sit on the fence between diabetic and not. I was leaning to the "wrong" side of the fence until I started to LC. Now I'm OK.

It's tough to stay motivated when the scale and tape measure are so uncooperative but I have no choice!
