Hey all! Just popping in to update. I know I missed a day this past week. Been crazy busy. Spent a ton of time driving yesterday and wasn't online much at all.
Things are still going along great with the evening snacking. Didn't eat my last meal until 7:30 last night, but it was still under 200 calories (Cheese and Olives). Just needed something to take the edge off before bed.
Timeline: Dec 7th - March 7th
Habit: Eating Less than 200 calories after 7:00 PM
Exception: Eating Dinner if delayed due to schedule/conflict
