Practice plan thru December 31:

Simple: Take food between waking and high noon only. Low carb; no tracking - staying off scale for another 90 days too, fit of clothes is good enough measure.

Note:

Ate again after snowboarding and driving after noon. I stopped for some groceries, which was actually unnecessary, then I had snack in car - that was interesting finding. After eating late, I had more and more - basically like two large meals yesterday. This morning I not hungry but have to get back out on the slopes in a few mins so I'll either have to fast all day or eat after noon - Neither a real problem but I'll likely do the later as I have unfrosted ground beef in the fridge - I suppose I could cook up patties and save for tomorow ha! Who knows what will happen today? I dont
