I've been on keto since the days it was called Atkins Induction.
For decades I eat fewer than 20 carbs per day, and for the rest of the food I try to eat at least twice as many grams of fat than protein. It's that easy.
But if you adopt this keto lifestyle, you have to make it a choice for life. If you are going to do it to lose weight, and then go back to your old way of eating, don't bother, it won't work.
