45 minutes Arc Trainer, level 7, weight loss program

5/22 cardio

30 minutes treadmill, 3.5% ~ 3mph - 1.5miles
30 minutes recumbent bike, level 10 - 6 miles (I kept the RPMs in the 30s ~ 12mph when all said and done)

5/23 strength

Paramount machine
-bicep curls
-triceps
-side rotation
-alternating overhead presses

Squats - with bar

10 minutes treadmill 4% ~ 2mph
